Assist Dagsboro VFC with a House Fire - US 113 North of Payless Furniture

On August 25, 2005 at 00:21 Hrs. the Frankford Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to assist the Dagsboro VFC with a working house fire. First on scene was Assistant Chief Brian Hitchens who was in the area, responding to the fire house. Asst. Chief Hitchens advised of a heavy smoke condition to the building. First out was Engine/Rescue 76-3 with Fire Chief Robbie Murray. Engine/Rescue 76-3 arrived at the scene simutaneously with DVFC's first in engine. They arrived to find heavy smoke and a fire condition to the rear of the house. Next out was Engine 76-1 which arrived and was used to supply the attack pieces. Dagsboro VFC's incident commander placed the scene under control with units working at 01:24 Hrs. All FVFC apparutus returned at 02:55 Hrs.
