Annual Bull & Oyster Roast - Station 76

On Saturday 2/9/2013 the Frankford Volunteer Fire Company held its annual Bull & Oyster Roast at Station 76. This is the fire company’s biggest fundraising event and once again it was well attended. More than 400 people came out to enjoy the smoky char-grilled beef, oyster fritters, steamed & raw oysters, clam chowder, and home-made potato salad and coleslaw. The membership would like to thank everyone for their support and invite you back to next year’s event. Watch the website for further details and be sure to get your tickets in advance. We would especially like to thank our brothers and sisters from the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company (Station 80) in Long Neck, DE who covered our district during this event. In addition, we want to thank our brothers and sisters from the Showell Volunteer Fire Company (Station 800) and Bishopville Volunteer Fire Company (Station 900) in Worcester County, MD who helped us prepare the oysters.
